I love this work...

and feel so fortunate to be able to share it with others!

As a Pilates teacher, my goal is to give each person who I work with a better understanding of how their unique body worksalong with the skills they will need to take ownership of their physical well-being. It’s a wonderful thing to watch a client use the Pilates Method to become stronger and more agile, and see them experience movement from a place of joy, rather then pain or frustration.

I have recently added Massage Therapy to my practice. I find that a combination of the intelligent, quality movement found in Pilates, coupled with strategic, well-planned manual release work allows people to gain faster, longer-lasting results than they would performing either modality on its own.

I have had the good fortune to work with a wide range of clients over the years: Athletes, dancers, weekend warriors, senior citizens, women who are pregnant and postpartum, those rehabilitating from injuries, as well as people with chronic pain, Parkinson's disease, rheumatoid arthritis, Elhers-Danlos, and scoliosis. I strive to meet each client as an individual and remain fluid to their unique strengths and challenges, working as a team toward greater health, improved quality of life, and the joy and confidence that healthy movement can provide.
